Audio GuestBook Terms & Conditions
General
a. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made by you, the customer with LuvHire via our website.
b. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Bookings and Delivery
a. All bookings must be made through our website.
b. We require a non refundable deposit at the time of booking to hold your date.
c. Once we receive your booking and payment, we will confirm your booking.
d. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any booking for any reason.
e. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the event.
f. LuvHire will not be held responsible for delivery problems out of there control, such as unforeseen weather, failed delivery attempts or problems at the depot. No refunds will be provided if a failed occurs.
Cancellation and Refunds
a. If you cancel your booking with more than 14 days before the start date of the event, you will lose your deposit and not have to pay the remaining balance.
b. If you cancel your booking with less than 14 days before the start date of the event, we will not refund your payment.
c. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time for any reason. If we cancel your booking, we will refund your payment in full.
Use of Equipment
a. We will deliver the audio guestbook to your chosen location at least 2 days before your event.
b. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment during the rental period.
c. You must return the equipment to us in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
d. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period. If the equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen, you might be charged for the full replacement cost of the equipment.
e. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the use of the equipment in events.
Returning Equipment
a. The Audio Guestbook to be posted back within 48 hours of your event.
b. You are responsible for packing the Audio Guestbook and any accessories in a safe a secure manner that means it will safely travel through the delivery network.
c. You must provide LuvHire with the posting details including a tracking number.
d. LuvHire has 14 days from when the phone is "home" to providing you, the customer, with your guestbook recordings.
Liability
a. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property arising from the use of the audio guestbook equipment.
b. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the audio guestbook equipment.
Termination
a. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms.
b. Upon termination, you must immediately return the audio guestbook equipment to us.
Data Protection and Privacy
a. LuvHire will handle any personal data collected during the event in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
b. LuvHire will retain the audio recordings for a period of 6 months, after which they will be securely deleted or destroyed.
Use of Audio Guestbook
a. The client and their guests shall use the Audio Guestbook in a responsible and appropriate manner, respecting the rights and privacy of others.
b. LuvHire shall not be held responsible for the content recorded by guests on the Audio Guestbook.
c. LuvHire shall not be held responsible in the unlikely event that the Audio Guestbook fails to record or the memory card fails. If the phone fails to record, a full refund shall be provided. However, if no contact is made to LuvHire to give us a chance to fix the phone, no refund shall be given.
